I came up here today and was called a white b***** from a manager because my order was wrong. I came thru the drive thru and it... was on the boxes I ordered the correct way but wasn't prepared right. So I went inside...wasn't greeted and the lady whoapproached me was a blue collar shirt. I told her the issue and no words at all...so when I asked for my money back she went todrive thru to get it and came back n had those words to say. Every employee was SO friendly!!! It was nice to see Smiling faces! We had a huge order and it was not a problem at all! Kudos
We got charged twice for one meal. What happened was at the first window where we were paying at, they say the recipt machine is... not working, we say thats fine, pay for it, and go to the next window. When we get to the second window the woman there tells usthat we have not payed for our food yet, believing her we give her the card again and she runs back to scan it, no big deal.When we get home we see that we were charged twice for the same meal. So, this visit was so opposite of the visit I had on 06/25. 06/25 I had breakfast & the employees that took my pymt & handed me... my food...exceptional!! But today's visit... I had a mobile order, after giving my code & waiting for almost a minute I wastold I could pull forward. No instructions as to which window. The first window no one was there so I pulled to the 2nd window& when the girl came to the window, after waiting a min or more asked me what I ordered. She was very unprofessional. My drinkcup needed to wiped off due to drink all over the outside of the cup. When I asked for my receipt I was told I needed to driveback around to get because she could not leave the front counter.
