This is the third time I have experienced 15 to 20 minutes wait time with extremely lazy and arrogant staff. You will see staff... like a soccer team but their performance and operations are like garbage, non professionalism and lazy like turtles. I don?tknow who?s the manager. Shame on you and to all of your staff. With this team and management you are super lazy people and don?tdeserve to RUN a PANDA EXPRESS. I would recommend your entire staff along with the so called manger whoever he is to go back andread, understand and respect the concept behind this business Model. Read more
Restaurant is fairly clean, service was quick and courteous, food was as to be expected. Nothing that'll blow you away but... better than fast food for sure. If you go there be ready for a long line. I haven't been there yet when the line wasn't aroundthe corner. Read more
Service was horrible, it seems like they are understaffed or employees just don?t care. There was little to no food available.... Everyone was in the back and the two employees at the front were very rude. Specially the guy with no name tag taking payments.At one point I asked for soy sauce and a water cup and when he handed it to me he literally threw it at me. The cup fell on thefloor and he ?apologized? in a very sarcastic manner. Also a big red flag I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. I visitedaround 2:00PM and the place was just trashed. There was also two employees doing interviews for possible future employees andthey seemed to not care about the state of the place. Maybe you guys should look into your current employees. I usually comehere but I won?t be coming anymore. I will say there was one cook that I have to give credit to, she was trying to get a bunchof food done and she stepped out of the kitchen to help someone in the counter (because the guy with no name tag did not want tohelp) you guys need more employees like her. My advice woud be - don't order ahead for pickup. It's likely gonna be slower than waiting in the queue and order in-store. For... my data point I waited 40 minutes beyond estimate pickup time. Nothing wrong with the staff, they are just busy. Read more
