Wait time: 40 min total (15 min kiosk line, 25 min food wait). Preparation: the chicken shack was amazing but the cheese got... poured over the fries in one clump for the cheese fried (see picture) which was frustrating. They were busy tho so I getit. Taste: amazing as always! I get the chicken shack just about every time and it?s one of my favorite chicken sandwiches! Thebun is soft, and the breading on the chicken is perfection, not too thick or greasy. Overall I?d return but be more mentallyprepared for the long wait of this ?fast? food place. Read more
I had gone here a handful of times, didn?t go the past month because I wasn?t happy with it - but the meat is so good, so I went... again. Stupid cravings lol 1) This is not fast food. My one burger took 45 minutes to be served. To be fair, this time I orderedat 7pm which is still the tail end of dinner time. However, pretty much every ordered with them it has taken 30-45 minutes, withone order taking an hour and 15 mins because they ?must?ve accidentally deleted my order?. And about 33% of the time I neverreceive a follow up text when my order is ready so I now just stand in the lobby awkwardly as it can get very crowded. 2) Itgets very busy and people here do not care about personal space - so if you are planning on waiting inside, prepare to be elbowto elbow with other people during peak times. 3) They use A LOT of grease. I remove the bottom bun because it gets so soggy fromthe grease that I just can?t eat the slimy texture. Doubles are a lot worse then singles though from my experience with howsoggy they get. 4) this particular burger had a bit of avocado and a suspicious white spot on the cheese. I just picked thoseoff and ate it anyways but if anyone is wary of that sort of thing or have allergies to anything else on their menu then do withthat what you will. We visit this location ever so often. The quality of food is consistently good. They do a good job of getting orders out quick... without missing anything. Their service is pretty awesome too. On our visit just recently my customization for no sauce didn'tgo through and they just remade the sandwich no questions asked. We're for sure coming again. Their chicken burgers are made with Whole white meat, never frozen, no antibiotics,hand breaded and crisp-fried to order in cholesterol-free soy oil . It?s very tasty. Their crinkle cut fries are very good, cutfrom golden potatoes, prepared in cholesterol-free soy oil. Beef cheeseburger is very good and tasty. Chicken Bites are Crispy,whole white-meat bites served with honey mustard or BBQ. Kids will love it. All their Shakes are very good. We tried StrawberryLemonade made from real strawberry juice. I ordered double hot ones burger with the last dab packet and choco salted toffee shake. I expected the burger will be spicy,... but I couldn't find any spicy taste in the burger. However, extra last dab packet was toooo spicy and bitter. My tongue was realin pain. If you want really spicy one, you should add last dab packet. Toffee shake was good, but it was too sweet.
