So I am here at Starbucks in Kirkland wa. I had been lost all day. Here I was found. :) I came in looking for a charger and a... simple coffee. I was pretty lost. Sense I am new to Kirkland and my phone was dead. The staff working tonight has been the mostwelcoming helpful friendly and very loving I have ever had the pleasure to be helped by. ???? they definitely go above andbeyond to provide warming positive atmosphere in the work place. Friendly staff and good coffee as expected.
I come here 3 to 4 times a week and typically place a mobile order ahead of time. Probably 80-90% of the time it is not ready... when I arrive no matter how long I wait to pick it up. Just today I walked in and my coffee was ready, but my sandwich hadn'tbeen warmed up yet as the associate was busy having a social conversation. They started the sandwich, resumed talking, put thesandwich in the bag once it was warm, resumed talking, stopped that conversation and joined another one. Finally, anotherassociate realized I was still waiting and picked up my sandwich from the counter and handed it to me. This type of experiencehas been the norm for me here. Read more
