This was my first time going to sonic. When I got there the devices in ordering wasn?t bad. I ordered the regular fries and the... popcorn chicken two different types. The first two foods are okay I can get them at any restaurant. The buffalo chicken was toosalty, it had too much salt in the sauce. I had to eat it with white rice to reduce the saltiness. In the end I couldn?t finishall of the buffalo chicken. My mom also tried to chicken and she disliked it. If I want to get fast food I should?ve gonesomewhere else. Read more

This was the worst service at Sonic I?ve ever had! The person taking the order assumed we were done ordering when we weren?t. ... Not paying attention did not put down one of our sodas and then we were missing part of our meal. They tried to charge us twiceand even made us pay for the food item they forget. Came to this location for lunch today. Ordered and waited for our food. We got it in a good amount of time which was great... because we are new to the area and were going to be late back to work looking for a place for lunch. Upon receiving our orderand paying the gentleman took my cash and walked away. I did not get change. He also sneezed to which we said ?bless you? withno response. He clearly had no intention of giving me my money. He got a nice tip because we had to immediately leave. I don?tthink I will be returning. Bad. First time here, and I guess they are understaffed but I waited a long time in the drive thru to not only place my order... but then waited probably 20-30 minutes to even get my food. I ended up driving away to another fast food place to get foodbecause I wasn?t waiting any longer. If I wanted to wait that long I might as well have went to a sit down place. Read more
