I love the food but not my server. Juan was doing everything so fast that we wasn't really care about us, he just wanted finish... with us. Talking about my plate was exquisite. The dessert was extremely sweet. Read more
Amanda was a top-notch waitress!!! She was so patient and helpful with my grandma, she explained everything to a t with the... menu, she always came back to check on us, the food was so great and she accommodated all of our needs. There were also a lovelyhostess and a wonderful young man who helped all along the way to hold the door and help us walk my grandma through therestaurant and held the doors open for us. We were also greeted by another lovely gentleman to offer better access to entranceto the restaurant with me and my grandma with her walker. This was top notch service, with wonderful tasting food!! Everythingwas so fresh! Tried lavender lemonade for my first time ever and it was so delicious and tasty. Best experience at BJ’s I everhad. Thank you, I will be back again!! Read more

Come here everyone once in awhile and usually don’t have a problem, but this last time the service was very poor. Our waiter... forgot about us and we ended up having to flag other staff to get service. The food we ordered came at such drasticallydifferent times the other person had already finished their meal by the time I received mine. It wasn’t even at a busy time ofday. The food itself was okay, but I can’t say the service justified the price. Read more
