This is literally the third time I have picked up curbside and these people can it get my order right. They missed an item the... first two times. Today they missed an entire meal. I could understand if I was ordering large orders but below 3 meals.Seriously, they need new managers that can train the staff better. New operations that can enhance the SOPs for better serviceto customers. I am frustrated because not only did I drive back for the missing meal they gave it to me cold. Completelydisgusting cold fries and a burger. Never experienced this at any other McDonalds my entire life in any state and I eat it alot. Read more
I was given a burn crispy chicken biscuit. Never had the time to return it but the girl knew it was like that. I would have... waited instead i was served bad food. Stayed in my fridge for a week threw it away. 4$ down the drain. Didn't feel like goingback to complain shouldn't have to do all that.
