First time here for a birthday dinner. The server was good friendly and sweet but I assume either its shortage of staff or the... kitchen was giving our waiter a hard time, the drinks were not on time, the food was not on time and neither were the plates. My wing appetizer came out w 0 flats, when I complained the manager explained to me that yesterday that had a very large order... of all flats so he was trying to "balance things out"... did not make me any flats nor did he comp the appetizer.
