I feel like they have cut back on the serving portions, especially when you order the full chicken, I've noticed the chicken... breast is shaved from it's full portion and used in other items such as the wraps and bowls. Dining inn is better option thandrive through. Read more

Whenever we're visiting Florida we love to stop at Pollo Tropice it's usually our go to spot we usually we'll go there four or... five times during the week that we're here. This time around it was different. The chicken was dry not moist and juicy like italways was. (We went to another location too and it was the same story there) On the different occasions that we went there thistime around they had almost no sauces available we went at different hours the one time we went late in the evening they had nosauces available we figured fine it's late let's come back earlier the next day, we went during lunch time I ordered $90 worthof food no drinks just food alone for takeout asked for sauces and was handed 4 little containers of sauces more and their replywas they have no more but it's only lunch time it's 12:15pm in the afternoon and you're out. The customer before me ordered halfof what I had and they filled his tray up with sauces almost 15 containers of sauces he was given this is how you losecustomers. Another night we stop by late at night we looked at their website and they said that they were still open and it wasan hour and 15 minutes before closing so we went in to get food. Big big mistake I should have just went to Wawa's. We walked inand waited for about 15 minutes before they took our order only two people in front of us. We put our order in and then oh I'msorry we have no more chicken for this we don't have this and we don't have that. WHAT! MORE PEOPLE WALKED IN AND THEY KEPTTELLING THEM THAT WERE CLOSED THAT WERE CLOSED BUT ON YOUR WEBSITE IT SAYS THAT YOU'RE OPEN FOR ANOTHER HOUR, their reply waswe're closed. Don't get the avocados they're not ready they're hard not ready to be eaten. Ordered at 5:30, Pickup time was supposed to be at 6:00pm. Waited in the car till 6:15, then decided to go inside to find out... what was going on with the order. My order was on the counter already and nobody called or took it to the car. Checked my orderand it was wrong, missing 2 dips, jalapeños and an order completely wrong so I went inside to get correct order. After I wenthome jalapeños were completely FROZEN!!! Read more

Horrible. They continuously close earlier than the hours posted on the site. Always running out of food items that are on the... menu. I love Pollo but will not be returning to this location, I do not recommend this specific location at all!!!!! Read more
