SMH. When ordering from this place always check the food before the delivery man leaves. On multiple occasions, I would order... and always get the wrong order. Like I don?t always order delivery from here cause they always mess up my order. It?s easier tojust wait forever and a day at the place to get the right food but who has the time. So I couldn?t pick it up and had itdelivered- smh I should of knew better. Never fails they would get it wrong, than had the nerve to say well if you want you cankeep it, no that is not what I ordered - please bring me my order that I asked. Food was good looked a bit dry in the hot case. Went in for 3 lunches and 1 large pie paid just under $60 w/tip. Pricey... considering bravo serves the same lunches for a fraction of the cost. (Take out only @ bravo) The pizza was really good. Read more
Pizza was not fully cooked! We called and they offered to make another one but we would have been late to our event! We popped... it in the oven and was offered another pizza for another day!! Way wrong! Too get this resolved spoke to 4 staff members, lastone Josline. Was short, rude and hung up on me! Nothing was resolved! NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
