Food is really good employees are friendly. Clean place. But at night it's a nightmare. Had to wait 20 minutes for a shake and... it's only half mix. I really like this sonic but as I come get a drink after a long day at work and had to wait a long time forjust a drink. Everything started to taste bad due to the long wait time at night. As have a background on working in fast foodrestorant. They usually put there best employees at night but it doesn't seem like it in that one. But overall great placeduring the day. Read more

Customer service was not good at all last week. Waited almost thirty minutes to place an order. Unacceptable. Wasn't even... crowded either. The manager called me and said there would be a complimentary meal on my next visit. Hopefully the experiencewill be better. We'll see. Read more
The staff is great! They're friendly courteous, and get things done fast. Kudos to managers & staff. I had a few issues w food... but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they corrected it, made it perfectly. If not for those few issues, I would givethem 5 stars. Read more

I don't know how the food is served in the day time, but every time we go at night for a blast and paid $8:35 for one it has... nothing but ice cream with just a tiny amount of the candy, about a teaspoons worth for a large size. This has happened everytime we went there. We keep hoping it will get better, but it hasn't. This Friday November 18th was it. Same thing but worse. Ijust don't know if they are not trained properly or if they are eating all the topings. Anyway, we'll be going to McDonald's fora Mcflurry instead. Read more
