I always order online, at least once or twice a month, and have a relative pickup so I'm not sure if the problem is new staff... but sandwich quality has gone way down the last 6 to 8 months. The last 4 times the sandwiches have been missing toppings andjust today I ordered "The Boss" which is supposed to have meatballs, pepperoni and mozzarella and it only had the meatballs init and they were cold. I also asked for onions and black olives and it only had two pieces of onion, one on each side of thefootlong. I had to dig out my own mozzarella cheese from the fridge and heat up the sandwich. Also, another sandwich I asked forit to be toasted and it wasn't. And, my pet peeve of all time, when they put the mayo & mustard last and most of it winds up onthe paper. I've had to stop asking for it and then adding it at home so I can make sure it's in/on the sandwich. Sadly, I mighthave to find a new location. Food is good. Can be busy at times, but staff is friendly and they do their best to get u in and out.

Came in this morning 7/12/2022 at 10 am and the two ladies working where so sweet and welcoming they finished my order fast the... sub was super fresh super delicious, thank you it was honestly my best subway experience ever will definitely be coming back tothis location the store was very very clean. ??????????
