I'm not sure whether or not Wendy's would be a good place to go. Things have changed in the past few years. On our last visit,... there was nobody at the cash registers, and if you wanted to order you had to go to the kiosk because the people behind thecounter ignored you. Does not say much for customer service. Read more

Did not have to wait long. They fixed my order quickly. I checked before I left the drive thru and they were kind enough to fix... it right away. I know mistakes happen especially on fast paced food places. It does seem like they are rushing you a little toomuch when taking the order. Sometimes they don' t listen closely nor give you time to finish explaining how you want your order.They need a little mire training in that part of customer service. Read more

Placed an order on Uber Eats. Order arrived missing items on one of the sandwiches while also missing chili and fries. Placed a... 2nd order, was then told they no longer serve the sandwich I was trying to order (they basically gave me what they had, no sauceor anything). Had to place a 3rd order only to be told they were out of chili, one of their most popular items. Needless to say,never ordering from this location again seeing as it seems to be pretty poorly run.
