SERVER GAVE GREAT SERVICE ! But the food was not so great! I ordered Potato Skins, they were awesome and Teriyaki Tender Bites.... they were over cooked & very well done and they were far from tender, very chewy meat. I also ordered their house special BBQRack of Ribs w/ fries. (Wednesdays whole rack $15) I thought I would enjoy for my supper meal They were so blah no spice on themand they should have been cooked longer and slower in oven. the meat wouldn't pull from the bone easily. Overall these are easyfixes so I give 3 1/2 stars today I will give restaurant another try in near future and see if the cook has improved. Service has always been fantastic at this location and tonight was no different! Scott was very friendly and totally down to... earth. He's newer to the Chuck's family , but not to serving and it showed. It took a bit longer than normal to get my drink .but I think Scott was just trying to make sure I really appreciated the bubbly goodness once I got it! ;) I had my usual clubsandwich and sweet potato fries. Fries came out extra crispy just like I had asked for them to be. Great value for the money!Will absolutely return! Husband got a steak and fries and said it was perfect! His only complaint was not seeing a sauteed mushrooms and onions option... for the steak (just mushrooms for $3.99). I ordered a 2 piece fish and chips to share with my 2.5 year old daughter, and we bothenjoyed very much! The fish was perfectly crisp and not dry and overcooked like I find often happens with restaurants not famousfor fish dishes. The portions were large and we happily struggled to finish it all between us! Server was efficient and foodcame to the table within 20 minutes of ordering. Will definitely return! Read more
Good vibes, friendly service , lots tv screens to watch the games. Cheap drinks, Food was delicious, appetizers half off after... 9pm the BBQ wings was tossed but over sauced. Table serves takes long, they take to long to come check on you. Read more
