Update: I tried the royal falooda with rabri and dahi puri this time. The service was exceptional but unfortunately, the taste... is still well below average and it is even more expensive. We ordered kulfi falooda, royal falooda and mango falooda fortake-out. The kulfi falooda came in a bowl like an ice cream, which was unexpected. The taste of kulfi falooda was good, even ifthe quantity was low. The royal falooda was okay. The mango falooda tasted sour, and we thought it was expired, although RoyalPaan said it is supposed to taste that way. They offered us a free falooda the next time we visited, but we never visited again.Overall, I think their falooda is expensive, and the taste and quality are not great. I will make my own or try BollywoodUnlimited or Milan next time. Read more

Placed an order for pickup on October 12, 2022 @17:30pm at Kitchener's location. Very disappointed with the client service. Had... placed an order for 3 Vada Pavs and 2 Pav Bhaji, and I forgot to mention about the separate packing of the parcels. The Guy onthe counter gave me the worst client service vibes in Canada. He was too rude and arrogant. Me and my friends had to sort andpack the parcel on our own inside the eatery. I wasn't even given a separate carry bag to separate the parcel. Read more
Decent food but the staff definitely need to be trained on the menu as the are unable to explain the different between two... dishes and their ingredients. Also need better drinks trays than the one they have as the current ones are so loose on thedrinks cup that they are guaranteed to fall. Read more
