Waited at the counter for 10 mins and not one employee even acknowledged me let alone take my order. There were about 5 people... behind me and every employee was working drive through and dealing with mobile order customers. 3 of us ended up walking out.Absolutely terrible customer service. I keep making the same mistake and stopping by here. The drive through is for sure the slowest you?ll ever use, and they... consistently are out of items, not obscure items, but things like cookies (and Smile cookies). Basically the only thing you canbribe your kid with. 20 minutes in the drive through. No cookies. Guys, please figure this out. The obvious solution is to headto the Tim?s at Huron and Fischer Hallman, I?d recommend skipping this one and driving there every time. Read more
