Donuts not as good as use to be...not bad food
$7.99 for the loaded chili and they take the bun out of the deal? Or did they forget? Hate a disappointment at lunch.
I can't write this on the zhers site so I'll have to write it on this so again I go to zhers and what do I see a manager named... Dave, and he's always doing nothing walking around talking to someone and not doing his work and he's so rude to other employeesby yelling for no reason, take note people this isn't a great place to go to and especially the management ???? just pathetichonestly how does these people have a job. The behind the counter staff was taken to task by Karen, who did insist and ultimately speak with the manager. All over a bit of... overdone bagel (the food prep gal scraped some darker crumbs off). Kudos to the team for handling it well and to themanager/owner for stepping up. My bagel was just fine. Lol. Read more
