Took almost 2 hours to get our food. 15-20 minutes to get a beer. No water provided, which is standard at any restaurant... including 3rd world countries. Served messy appetizer with no napkins or utensils. Agressive panhandler level tip expectationsfor terrible service. Gave waitress $150 for slightly over $100 bill. She asked me if I required change.
