I called in today to make an order for 18 pizzas; when I went to pick them up, I was greeted with attitude by one lady, and the... younger lady was fine that took my payment. I was then told by one of the ladies in the kitchen that I needed to give them aday's notice for big orders like this cause I had taken all their pizza dough. They had to make more (you are welcome, lol). Mybad for spending 400 dollars at your establishment could have told me on the phone you couldn't do my order instead of saying wecould do it. I asked them on the phone to please make sure they marked the boxes for some of the pizzas were special orders;that didn't happen; I brushed it off and took the pizzas, and went to work. When I was handing them out to the people and groupsthat bought there's, I noticed they didn't make the right ones, so people didn't get what they ORDERED; some of the groupspointed out that their pizza wasn't even cooked fully too!!! Insane if you are not able to accommodate a big order of pizza andget it right and cooked; say so. There is more; after six pizzas, they charge one price for all sizes would have been somethingI feel like they could have mentioned over the phone to me as I would not of order the Small and Medium pizzas and madeeverything large (not a huge deal just something they should be letting people know with big orders!!) Overall between thequality of the service and the attitude and getting wrong/uncooked pizzas, I have to give this place one star. I will not makethe mistake of spending any more money here, and I hope you don't waste it either!! Read more
The staff was awesome. The food on the other hand was mediocre at best. I had the butter chicken pizza, which was very bland. It... smelled great but the taste just wasn't there. The crust on the other hand was very nice. I also had the blue burger, which Iknow, blue cheese can be a bit much for some people, but personally I usually like it. The burger unfortunately ended up with agiant glob in the middle which ended up overpowering everything else and for me made it inedible. My wife had the calamari andsteak sandwich. The calamari was cooked nicely but again was lacking flavour. The steak sandwich in her opinion was "ok, nothingphenomenal". If I could rate this place just on staff alone I'd give it a 5 but unfortunately the food just wasn't on point forus. Read more
I ordered at 5:44 it's now 7:25 and no one has showed up to bring me my pizza. They said an hr wait. So I call them and can't... even get through goes right to the answeing machine. Worst customer service. Read more
Great place and very accommodating. We order pizza from here every Monday. They even take our order before the place opens.... Friendly staff and good quality pizza. Definitely recommend. Read more
