Went out for dinner on a Sunday. Ordered a steak salad and linguine alfredo. Took 45 minutes to get our food with an almost... empty dining room. Went I got my steak salad I pour vinegar on it from the large glass bottles I was provided. A long stream ofslime came out of the bottle. I refused to eat the salad and just asked for the bill for my wife's food. I did not want a freemeal by any means but I wasn't waiting another 45 minutes for cold steak and lettuce. The waitress's only words she new was "I'msorry about that" and the manager was no were in site. We paid for my wife's food and left and will never be back. There was atable in front of us that got the wrong food and also took 45 minutes to get the wrong food and the manager was no were in sightfor that either. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the Rachel's roadhouse chain. Read more
This place has a real nice atmosphere and bar but that is about it. I have been here 5 times in hopes that I'd get something... decent but sadly, NO. The food is not bad but is it VERY basic and underwhelming. Read more
Came here on whim while traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food came out in good timing. I had ordered... the Fish Sandwich, along with the fries and an extra side of coleslaw. I like to judge restaurants on their coleslaw, and Ireally liked theirs! Not too sweet, not too vinegary. The fish sandwich I received was huge!! The bun couldn't fit all the fishinside! The tartar sauce was superb as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by the portions to price ratio. One of our favorite places to eat. We've been here more than a dozen times in the last 5 years, and have never had a poor... experience or bad food. Delicious burgers, excellent club sandwiches, cold beer, and the servers are always great. We went herefor my 50th birthday, and they didn't disappoint! Read more
