Jersey Mikes is ok, however for the price of the food, Paying nearly $17-18 for a Giant sub to have barley no meat and just... mainly bread is costly. They should really consider adding more meat to the Cheese steaks subs or make it a meal for thatprice. JMO Read more
Ordered online and went in to pick up. The girl said they are out of bread. Asked if I could call the Jersey Mike's app and... tell them they are out of bread......???? One of the other workers asked if white bread was OK. I said yes. They told allcustomers it would be 20 to 30 additional minutes for bread. Another female worker was cooking and back there dropping the Fbomb. Needless to say, I like Jersey Mike's but will not be back to this location. These kids don't have the skill setnecessary to run these places on busy Friday nights. Read more
As usual the ordering online was successful. When we arrived to the store we were never told you were out of large cups however... we were charged for large cups and when I asked about the difference in the charge the lady at the counter got really nasty withus. She said well it is only .20 for each. I really don?t care but it is my money. This girl does not need to be on theregister at all. We will never go to the Jersey Mikes in Knightdale again based on service, cleanliness and rating. Read more
Placed a mobile order yesterday. When I got there to pick it up they stated they had already made it and someone else must have... taken my order. They stated it would be made again. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting. After 25 minutes an employee came overand told me they are now out of bread so I will get a refund instead of order. All around dysfunction. Food is great but serviceat this location always has some kind of hiccup. Read more
