I reluctantly decided to have Pizza Hut for dinner tonight. I have not ordered from these guys for about a month or two now... because the last two times I have ordered carry-out, the taco pizza was not prepared correctly. It appeared as if someone took asausage pizza, threw a salad on it, and put it in a box. I decided to give them another try tonight; except this time, I calledand spoke with the manager immediately after ordering. The manager, named Heather, was VERY friendly and helpful after Iexplained what had happened on my last two experiences with them. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, wediscovered that Heather left a very nice message on the box, saying she had prepared our taco pizza herself and hoped we enjoyedit. I?m thoroughly pleased with this manager?s initiative to make sure my order was done correctly and to take my disappointedexperiences and change my mind on being a frequent customer again. Called in ordered 2 medium pizzas for pickup. Was Told it would take 15 mins. 20 mins later drive 10 miles to pick up my order... and told they don't have my order and dont see any orders for me. I drive the 10 miles back home and call in to see what happen.The lady says Sorry the order is here and been ready. I said I was just there. I live 10 miles away. Manager said sorry come onback its ready now. I will not be back. I just wasted my time and gas for your mistake and you didn't even have the Audacity tomake it right or offer a discount or anything. Then the manager said its not her problem they messed my order up??? Wait What? Ithought the manager was responsible for all there employees and the way the restaurant is run. Silly me. Under new management, on Tuesday 10/11/2022, so there was no one to serve beer. Young employees were not familiar with some... aspects of the restaurant and the location of the ketchup for the fries. Pizza?s we?re excellent for a Pizza Hut and theirsandwiches were also very good. We?ll go back and Hannah our waitress was friendly and attentive. Read more
