Had to clarify our order/drinks/sizes 3 times at the window and not only were the sizes incorrect, my Sierra Mist had no syrup... in it whatsoever so it tasted HORRIBLE and was a waste of money. This is the third time my order has been messed up. All from different locations. I ordered the 29.99 family dinner and got the... 24.99 order. I ordered at 5:37pm. Was at the location by 5:48pm. The drive thru was not busy but I was told to pull-up and waitfor the food. I waited until 6:05 and still no one had come out. I go back to the window and no one says anything to me until Iask if the fries on the order was in the big box. She said oh, no but I will get you an order. It was 6:10 when I pulled awaythinking my order was correct since it took 30 mins to complete. Nope. They left out the 4 piece chicken that was supposed to beincluded with the tenders. It is very irritating to spend money for one thing but get something else or not get what I orderedat all. Like I said this is the 3rd time my order has been messed up. This was such a horrible experience. My lady had a craving for fried chicken and this was the clsoest to use so we went. The... chicken was fried hard, the biscuits were like rocks...Literally. I even made a video hitting the biscuits on the counter athome to show just how hard they were. Then to to it off they forgot to add one of our sides. Wasn't worth driving back 20minutes so we just trashed it all. Why would you serve something lime this to a customer if you yourself wouldnt eat it?Cuztomer service has gone down the drain. For was fine for fast food. The Person at the register was friendly, however, the atmosphere was unprofessional with the... majority of the employees treating the business as their own home, meaning, hanging out in the booths, cussing loudly whilespeaking to one another and arguing behind the counter about how kitchen processes should be handled.
