I had a good dining experience at Carrabba's, not perfect, but I will give a fair review. They use good quality ingredients. I... knew this when I got the bread and olive oil. I was not expecting anything special, but I got a throat bite. This is the mark ofusing a good olive oil. I thought wow ,I wasn't expecting that. My only complaint was the spaghetti sauce. It was too thin. Liketomato soup. Maybe I caught them on a bad night, but frankly I have had better spaghetti at Denny's and Fazol'is. But outside ofthe disappointment over the spaghetti sauce I will say it is a great restaurant. Worth a visit, and they use qualityingredients.. Read more

Order takeout on their website. Said it was ready in 20 minutes curbside. No one came to my car. Went in and asked the host. 30... minutes later I asked if they would get off their phones and go check on it. Asked again and got a shrug. Finally showed up withno explanation or apology. I was excited to get to try Carrabba?s for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my husband. Sadly disappointed that... after a 20 minute wait for a table (which wasn?t terrible), we were seated and perused the menu and had everything selected wewanted because we waited almost 20 minutes with multiple waitstaff nearby who even made eye contact, but no one greeted us oreven took our drink orders.
