The best Mediterranean food ever! The owner buys fresh ingredients at the same day to prepare for the freshest food! I loved the... Babagonoush so much!! It was so fresh and I could taste all the original taste of real food! The naan was amazing too as I couldsmell the fresh wheat aroma while eating it, and I think it’s my favorite naan ever! Wow! The food scene in Knoxville does not disappoint! Lunch today was fantastic! The vegan shawarma here was absolutely... incredible!The food is so well seasoned the flavors just seem to really pack a punch, but in a great way! This place has clearlylabeled menus so plant based and non plant based eaters have no problem diving in and figuring out what they want. Good vibes, soothing music, modern but cozy interior, fast, and friendly. Free minted tea was appreciated, water was promptly... refilled, and the server was open to questions. Vegan Mezze for two came with 10 freshly made falafel balls with the rightconsistency of crispy on the outside and moist in the middle. Besides delicious babaganoush and a very smooth hummus containingplenty of tahini, we also received sweet potato cubes with sesame seeds, tangy eggplant, fennel salad, a cabbage salad, and 2pita breads.
