I gave 2 stars because I did leave with food. Sat in line for nearly 20 minutes and still didn?t get mayo on my Krystal burgers... and cold fries. Read more
I hesitate to even write. I am glad people showed up for work. They should probably clean up before work. Management should... discourage employees from smoking in front of the people they are going to serve their food to. If I wasn't trapped in thedrive thru, I would have left. The fact that I paid *35.00* for a sackful of Krystals 2 chicks (7.00 for just those ????) andthree drinks. I will pass next time. Read more
Me, my wife and son stopped to get breakfast. After we ordered and sat down, I noticed the worker who took our order was placing... the tots in bags with her bare hands. Then half of the workers went outside and one gentleman wiped his head with his hand. Thencame and talked with customer and proceeded to walk back and start handle the food without gloves. At this time a gentlemanbrought his breakfast back saying a hair was in it. The Manager gave the refund and he started to walk out. The man behind thecounter came out and made a comment about the man just wanting free food. Which made this gentleman to come back and get angrywith this worker. The manager asked him to leave, which he did. The man behind counter was saying the customer started it all,ummm no he didn't. Krystal on millertown pike. Make your employees wash hands and wear gloves while handling food. Oh and stopaccusing the customers of wrong doing. Because no hands were washed, hair pulled back and basically no cleanliness.
