I love McAlisters; the food is great and the service is quick. The app is handy for when I need to grab some food for lunch in a... hurry. However, there's been a noticeable decline in the attention to detail for my online orders. Special requests are goingignored, they often forget some part of my order. Last time I asked for extra brown mustard and got none at all on my sandwich.Very hit or miss. I still frequent this place because of the convenience of curbside pickup, but I know not to get my hopes up. Read more
We really like McAlister's, but this location has just not been a favorite. Our most recent visit was probably the worst. Our... entrees did not have pickles, and the person taking our order even asked if we wanted the pickle, and we said yes! My child'skids meal was supposed to include a cookie and we had to ask for that. The bathrooms needed desperate attention. They were alsoout of several items- macaroni, kid size cups, small soup cups, etc. Read more
I had the house club, it was delicious, good amount of meet and bacon just enough sauce to taste. The food was done on time.... They were very courteous and and friendly. I spent about $12. Read more
I?m not sure if it is all McAllisters or just this specific location but the service is just not good. Went tonight and ordered... a sandwich for carry out. Took close to 15 minutes to get one sandwich. Mind you, there was maybe 10 people in the entirerestaurant. My biggest issue was it seems no one knew how to expo and there were several other customers waiting a long time toget their food that was sitting on the expo counter. For the price you pay, I expect a much higher level of attentiveness andexecution. The manager on duty didn?t seem to care that there was food sitting on the expo counter nor that their was a line ofpeople waiting for their orders.
