For whatever reason, I have never felt like this location cares very much whether you come here or not. Very much an... ?anti-work? vibe. Hours are unpredictable and shortened, restaurant is not well cared for and it?s often Kiosk only. I joinedtheir unlimited sip club but, frankly it?s such a chore to use it, I won?t renew next month. Been coming to Panera for over 15 years. This is the worse one I?ve ever been to. No one at the front. We stood awkwardly at the... front for 4-5 minutes before someone said you have to order at the kiosk. The dining room is closed?
