When our order arrived at the house it was hot and very good. The toppings were very good and the crust was delicious.
I have ordered over a hundred pizzas from them in 2 years. I went in a few weeks ago and was standing at the counter for 5... minutes and the individual working the ovens and the front counter never even acknowledged me. The individual looked at me threetimes never said anything like sir we're busy will be with you in a minute the ovens are backed up give me a few seconds andI'll be right with you he was rude and disrespectful. The manager also stood in the back making pizzas and looked at me and saidnothing. The manager who was on duty that day emailed me the next day and gave excuses like it's hard to find employees at thistime etc etc etc. There is no excuse for poor customer service. He continued on his email with excuses upon excuses uponexcuses. This store was a good store when it had the female managers who were always respectful and all it's acknowledged youthe minute you walked in the door. The manager and the individual who is working the front counter and the ovens that day shouldbe fired immediately I will never use this Pizza Hut location again.
