Please keep your items on your mobile order menu updated! It has been telling me you're sold out of cold brew and the Paradise... Drink for almost a month ...that doesn't seem correct. I went there a few days ago, they weren?t busy at all. I have not had the best experience with this Starbucks or the Markland... mall one. I totally recommend this Starbucks because I was only in the drive through for about 15 minutes. When I ordered adrink I was wanting they explained that they were out of a certain item. I work fast food as well so I get it. However, they didtell me what they had. They were very friendly. I got to the window and they had a smile on their face and had my drinks madequickly. I don?t recommend the Markland Starbucks because they?re not as friendly as this one. Read more

Lobby is closed due to staffing shortages which is understandable. I stopped by on my motorcycle and asked an employee if they... could still take my order because I couldn't go through drive thru on my motorcycle. Said they would only take an order if Iordered in a mobile order, and since I did not have my phone with me I was unable to get anything. Other places in town likecone palace have had the same issue with staffing and were still accommodating of customers on motorcycles unable to use thedrive thru. Really poor customer service. Read more
