Been there before And service was actually decent, and food was well made. but apparently the management doesnt know how to schedule, went in last night and was kicked out 15 minutes before close because the 1 girl working was too busy. Not entirely her fault, but you need to not be cheap schedule staff better. Ended up going into town since its the only quick food option on a sunday in Komoka?

Found hair in my Turkey sub it was small but enough to notice, I also had bad stomach pains after and on to the next day same. Please check your food before you eat here.The lady on phone wasn?t very understanding towards me after I told her she kinda seem like she laughed at me she did tell me come back but I was already home plus Gas too high go all way back .We bought three subs all in the garage after I noticed few bites in ?.
Today is October 22, 2021 It disgusts me to learn my grandchildren went to this location today with their other grand-parent having a terrible experience. I wasn't there today so it wasn't about masking. All I know is the kids 11 and 7 told me the people were mean so they went to Strathroy for food instead. We will never attend this location again. What is up with the staff at this location that children are willing to say the people who work there are 'rude'? This is a small community where we've had so many good experiences with some really terrific people. What's up Subway? Do you hire from outside your lovely community or treat your employees so poorly they take it out on your customers? Today, March 26, 2021 Middlesex county is in the orange zone due to the pandemic. I was disappointed when I Googled this Subway for curb-side pick up to see the store was closed. I was hungry for dinner so when I drove by finding it was opened I turned around to grab a sub. I was the only customer at approximately 7 pm I told the server how happy I was to see her open since the internet said it closed at seven. Midway through my sub prep, another young woman came upfront from the back of the store. She asked me if I can put my mask on. Pleasantly I smiled telling her I have a disability that prevents me from wearing a mask. Her reply was they don't accept exemptions at this location. Feeling confused I smiled knowing she meant it so I asked her "are you saying I can't have my sub?" She answered not if I don't put a mask on. Sternly I repeated I cannot. I just want my sub. She replied I have the owner on the phone who says this is private property. I left the store. I feel terrible, angry, frustrated, hurt and more. Instantly I had a panic attack being treated so poorly when I was physically distanced with two masked people. It makes me wish ill to the owner of this location. I want them to feel how they caused me and two teenagers feel about ourselves over a face mask. I'm a senior woman. I'm not running around looking for conflict. Karma's a b so I'm wishing the karma you sent onto me tonight splashes on to you ten fold since you treated me without respect or regard for my humanity. You paid a teenager to humiliate me and taught them a horrible life lesson. Just plain shameful.
TERRIBLE customer service. App doesn't work and they refuse to honour any deals. Had my last $10 taken out of my account for my order here and they refuse to fill the order. I have no dinner and no money now. If you offer a service and it is not working you are obliged to honour it, especially when you've already taken my money.
Worst experience ever at a subway. Will never be returning again to any subway. The manager was completely disgusting and disrespectful. Not once did she care to take my disability into consideration. She just started yelling and threw out my order that was completely finished. Don?t even deserve one star. Will be contacting cooperate to file a complaint.
Been going here regularly for a while and have noticed staff getting more and more stingy as the weeks go by. Could not even taste the cheese on my veggie sub today, there was so little. If we say anything, staff response is that we can pay for an extra serving. No thanks, I would like the full serving I am paying for with my sub.
