This location is really a gamble depending on what team you get working. Half of the time it's fantastic, quick, and fresh. The... other half of the time the order is completely wrong, soggy and most of the vegetarian options my wife orders end up with meatin them. Not accidentally a piece or somethin either, chicken quesadillas instead of cheese is a frequent problem. Vegetarianburritos wind up with beef throughout. I've gone in and gotten replacements to get home and find out that they too containedmeat. When it's good it's good. But it's always a coin toss. I ordered the 3 Supreme taco meal. The tacos were soggy and NOT SUPREME. I threw away 8 dollars literally, tossed the meal in... the trash. I just wanted some fresh Supreme tacos, this taco bell just misses the mark. I give up. Read more
I am very upset with tacobell. normally i'm not the kind of person to leave reviews, this is my first review ever. I'm the kind... of person who wont complain if they got something wrong once or twice. I've had multiple bad experiences here. Don't get mewrong, when they get it right the food is good. But the people who here just seem not to care at all. First off I'm very politeand smile and thank the people any time someone serves me. The people who are working the drive thru just dont care, I dont geta "Hi" or even a smile. They dont want to be there and that makes the experience horrible. They can't even remember to give me astraw for my drink. The last two time's i've been there they got my order wrong, back to back. two times in a row they got myorder wrong. first time they gave me the wrong item, I didn't say anything, I can see how that can happen, but for it to happenback to back on my visits there just shows me they dont care. I've tried calling them to express my complaint but no one wantsto pick up the phone I guess. This second time they forgot to put one of the items i order in the bag. That is veryfrustrating, the cashier didn't even give me a receipt, so who knows if i'm even gonna get my money back for the item i didn'teven get. Stay away from here. if you want taco bell just go to a different location. Its not worth your time to deal with longlines and all these mistakes and rude customer service. Read more
Taco Bell isnt known for gourmet food, but normally it is enjoyable. However todays experience was not so. There was but a... teaspoon of meat in the tacos. The Mexican pizza was disgusting and majority of the food went in the trash after a couple bitesit was so bad. Not sure if it?s the location or what but this absolutely sucked. Read more

We went through the drive-thru (12/8) and they were out of most of their drink options. We ordered a Nacho Fries box (and some... other small items) and once we got home we checked and the Nacho fries were missing.
