This post is a little late, however your manager needs a huge kudos. I don't remember his name however he was left alone to... close your store a few weeks ago. He was absolutley frustrated and completely overwhelmed by how far behind he was with orders.However he handled it with the best attitude any business could ask from their employee. I will be back even if I have to waitan extensive amount of time for my pizza due to his performance. These are the people you want behind your business. Read more

The last 2 pizzas i ordered they made wrong. So on the scond one I let them know that the pizza the made had the wrong toppings... on it. So they gave me a free pizza the next time I ordered. But they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! HOW CONVENIENT!! I called 4different times and no answer..If you dont oreder ahead it takes 2 hours for a pizza. Disappointed Read more
There are several ways to order your take and bake pizza from Papa Murphy's, call, order online, or do like I did & just walk... in! There is a lot to admire in this case, as there were many call in and online orders being filled. There was also a computererror, when I placed my order, but the actions and reactions of this crew will have me coming back for these wonderful pizzasagain very soon!
