Honest review of the location, atmosphere and food. My family and I have enjoyed our experiences at other Pizza Ranch locations... so much we have made great memories. We were excited to see a Pizza Ranch close to home. I decided to try this location for thefirst time with a friend. The location is the worst I have ever experienced. The only way it is convenient is if you are comingfrom Onalaska towards La Crosse and then continuing your travels towards La Crosse after eating. Any other combination oftravels and you are traveling well beyond the turn, taking lights, U-turns if you are lucky and fighting to merge with trafficjust to get in and out of this location. If this was an amazing restaurant it might be worth it on a good day. The first thingI noticed when entering the building was the constant cycling of Jesus music in the middle of the week. I figured it was justmanagement?s choice that day and tried to ignore it but when I entered this location for the second time, again during the week, with one of my children it was the first thing I noticed. ?Jesus Ranch? is a better fitting name for this place just based onthe atmosphere and decor shoved in your face. If you have any trauma connected to Christianity this place is similar to sittingin an uncomfortable room being forced to listen to their indoctrination, even the Bible Belt has better atmosphere and I livedthere for 20 years. I don?t drink and each time I left this location I thought about tipping a bottle end to the sky to drownout the refreshed PTSD from Jesus Christ extremists. To the owners, try and change it up with family friendly country, 60s-80s,music that is acceptable to the whole community to make the atmosphere more inviting to who you are serving. The food remindedme of the late 90s and early 2000s cafeteria food. The mashed potatoes reminded me of the powered milk and boxed potato flakesdays. The chicken was okay but if I want good chicken I can visit the many easily accessible Read more

Under cooked pepperoni pizza and no taco pizza until I walked out the door after an hour. They need to "freshen" up the salad... bar. I swear from the looks the coleslaw (if that's what it was) was sitting out 3-4 days. This location consistentlydisappoints compared to other locations so I hope they can learn and get better. Brought my 3 grandsons in for lunch and games. We had some problems with our game cards. Ben went over and above to help us... out and my grandsons were so happy. They are already asking to come back! Ben should be commended on his great personality, friendliness, and excellent customer service!! Read more

Pizzas were not labeled so had no idea what you were getting. All pizza had a sweet flavor so must have been cooked on same pan... as dessert. The chicken salad bar was a better deal then pizza. Pizza bar was over priced. Apparently you have to say you aresenior citizen or they charge full price. We are in our 70s. We were charged full price. No one at check in so could not evenask. We did have grandchild with she did ask her age 7. Did not think any of the pizza I took were good. Read more
