I can tell you every time I ask for extra carmel in my coffee every other coffee place hasn't gotten it right . This starbucks... is the first one ever to make my coffee the way I like it . It has happened twice now and I am very grateful for them to listen. No joke every other coffee place including other starbucks have never gotten it right .
