Had a wonderful experience here today. We are from out of town and have always heard the chocolate and service at Fannie May is... outstandin. It lived up to the hype. Great selection including sugar free options. Chocolates are gluten free which is importantfor my wife. Most of all, the staff was as sweet as the treats themselves. Almonds as in choc.covered were little tiny pieces giving off no almond-ness to the strong dark chocolate . My "ice cream" was... scraped off the sides of the carton I had to throw it out. So mad. Read more

I came in with my family on Halloween after seeing my in laws. I was pleasantly greared by Cathy who helped us with ice cream... and a few other things. I found the store to be spotlessly clean, convenient, the staff was personable and sweet.
