It's definitely different and I would recommend trying it. The crispyrice sushi appetizers were great and filling. The spicy garlic edamame was flavorful. This was our first time to Higo Sushi and Peruvian. Our experience was outstanding to say the least. We arrived just after... 5:30pm and were seated promptly outside in the patio area. The hostess was extremely accommodating and set up two standingheaters next to our table since it was pretty chilly out. Shortly after we were greeted by the most friendly waitress that tookour drink order. When she returned she immediately took our food order. Service and food quality was nothing short ofexceptional. The plating on all our orders looked great as well. You can tell the chef took time when it came to thepresentation of the food. All in all we were very pleased with our experience at Higo.
