Cozy cafe with excellent view! This is a great place to have breakfast/brunch, if you are in La Jolla area. This place has open... seating. You have to get in line to place your order and find a table to sit down. It can get crowded during weekends. We wenton a weekday for brunch and had to wait 20 mins line. So, be prepared to wait. We had to park on a nearby street as we couldn?tfind restaurant?s parking. The view from this place is amazing, you get to see La Jolla shores while having your breakfast.Food is good, portions are decent and service is friendly. Definitely a place to visit! Read more
I never waited so much in my life for breakfast/brunch. When you are entering the have signs that say that you need to order... food before they can assign you a table, just to find out later you have to wait in life for like 40 minutes to order your foodand then you have to find a table to seat so they can deliver you your food?. In the end I decided to take my food to go. Theyonly sell you the view of the beach?.the food is ok, nothing extraordinary. Read more
This cafe is a "must" stop if you are visiting La Jolla shores. The wait could be long on the weekend days, but is well worth... it. The outdoor seating is on the large beck overlooking the beach, so beautiful. We got avocado toast with eggs on the side chicken sandwich and tomato soup. Mimosas and latte to drink. Beautiful view from the La Jolla beach and Cove, in a cozy space. The service is great and most of staff are friendly. Friendly... space with first-come-first-serve style for seating. You order your food and find a table for yourself, so sometimes you may endup waiting for a table with a better view for a some time. The food are all good. I really like their hot chocolate and theirbrunch options are all good. Definitely check this place out! Read more

One of the best cafe?s to visit when in San Diego. The food is amazing. It is always always crowded. You have to pay first and... then take a table or else the super alert manager will shoo you away, lol. You can?t stay at the table more than 30-40 minsafter the food is served. Because they are always busy so they keep it very strict. Food is amazing, never disappoints. Cominghere for many years now. Biggest drawback is the horrible parking. Weekdays you cannot park nearby since it?s all permitparking. Street parking is only 1 hour. You have to drive a bit away to find 2 hour limit street parking. But all in allCaroline?s Cafe is the best with amazing ocean views and delicious food. Read more
