Would give them 5 stars but they?ve removed the instruction field in the app (final stage of ordering before placing order) and... I used to ask for well done fries because the fries are typically soggy and gross by the time I get home. I called therestaurant tonight after placing my order and was told they no longer make well done fries. Every other fast food restaurantchain I go to is happy to accommodate, but not this one. I did curb side.... everyone who parked around me was served first. Got an alert on the phone asking if I was helped and had to... answer no before my order came out. My order was cold. And it bummed me out. Yes the food is good, and I do think this was justa one time experience thing. Read more
