I came in with my friends to eat dinner. Our server Robert acted as if he was annoyed with us from the beginning. He didn?t even... give my friend options for his soup. He just told him that he gets a soup but never gave him options. I tried to ask for arefill on my drink and he ignored me when I called out to him. I asked for avocado ranch only for my order and hr only broughtout one avocado and ignored my request. My friend ordered shrimp quesadillas and he brought out shrimp quesadillas with baconafter I told him that she was vegan when she ordered. We waited over 30 minutes for the replacement order. I have never feltlike I wasn?t welcomed at a chilis like I did today. I asked for the manager several times and we waited over an hour for themanager to come out and speak with us. I am a chilis rewards member and love chilis as it is one of my favorite restaurants.Today, I have never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. I will never come back. The manager even sent out someone else out togreet us instead of coming out to see if we were ok. Never again with chilis. Not sure if it was a race thing or what but nothappy at all! Read more
