Workers were super friendly. The food was pretty bad. Wife ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. One had a really bad rotten smell and... taste to it. My fried chicken also had a very expired chicken smell to it also. Read more
I put in a mobile order 30 mins ahead of time, and ran about 5 mins late. When I arrived they had not even started my order. The... entire staff was plugging along, earpods in their ears, pretending not to see me standing at the counter....I digress, theentire staff, save for the "manager" sitting in the back, but in view, who began to immediately talk very loud about how shewould lock the restaurant doors so she could take her break in peace if that's what it was gonna take. (She made sure to repeatthis comment several times, loud enough for the 5 little leaguers and their parents to hear - I get it breaks are the law, butprofessionalism is a thing as well. So I sat for another 20 minutes while the staff tried to put my order together, another ladywalked in and up to the counter, it seems she and her party had been waiting for close to 30 mins for their order as well. Shewas at the point of pleading for potato wedges just to stem the hunger over. The counter staff, made excuses of how slammed theywere. (1 car and 1 slingshot in the drive thru) the guy in the slingshot came inside after something was omitted from his order.It took them 15 mins to even address him. 2 more couples came in for orders, and it continued to drag, so much so that onecouple walked out, the other couple, older folks, decided to wait it out. They may have passed away from natural causes by thetime they got their chicken with how eternally SLOW the staff was. One kid, tall skinny, kind of a modern Opie, was calling outorders, in such a quiet voice, you'd think he was trying not to wake anyone up. SOUND OFF MAN, no one can hear you. The foodwas great. The staff needs to be better trained. And the manager needs to be replaced. You cannot manage while sitting in theback making comments about YOU, GETTING YOUR BREAK. Read more
Food ok. This place is filthy. Both bathrooms with toilet paper on floor. I told server 30 minutes ago, she ignored me.... Restaurant floor needs sweeping. Here's the topper: booths are never swept. Came 45 minutes before closing. Tried to order two 5 mild tender combos only spicy. And they only had 5 left. So I asked for a... chicken sandwich and they didn?t have any either. Might as well close the place early if you don?t have the main menu items. Read more

Have been here twice since it opened. Each time I have left without any food. The first time I came here with my wife she was... told by some kids that they wouldn't have any chicken ready for 30 min. We left. The 2nd time we came here again the same story.It honestly seems like this placed is being terribly managed. They have a bunch of kids who for some reason think it's moreimportant to gossip amongst eachother when someone pulls up wanting to purchase food. Needs to have it whole managementrestructured.
