Workers are very lazy. They're supposed to open at 7am and they keep you waiting another 15-20 mins before they even help you.... Any other profession starts working the hours they state. That's why these lazy fast food people are where they are. Read more

I did not get.what I ordered a steak power bowl..I was given a ground beef and charged an upcharge for extra beef! The meat... taste like a variety of upchuck! The salad did not have romaine lettuce as previously advertised, beans were.scortched and everybite of the rice had hard rice grains in it..tooth breaking hard! We visited the Taco Bell on Imperial and Brea in Brea yesterday and walked out of there very disappointed. First of all after... waiting line we were told to place our order on the computer by the door. Several seniors walked in and they too were told touse the computer, one of which didn't know to use it. Secondly, since we had ordered enchiritos my husband asked for a knife.The woman behind the counter said, "we don't have knives, we are a fast food place not a restaurant."
