A Popeyes to avoid if in a hurry. Traveling up Valley View towards the 91. Opted for Popeyes vs InNOut Taco Bell or El Pollo... Loco across the street. Ordered through the app 2 chicken sandwiches fries and a drink. After 10 minutes went in to pick up,they told me they were still cooking my fries. After 20 minutes same answer. 25 minutes after placing order meal ready. Cashierdidn?t seem happy. Stars for tasty meal, but waste of time at this location. Read more
Ridiculous manager she didn?t want to work there I guessed. I asked for hot sauce for 16 pcs chicken family meals and she gave... me 5 packs and said we have no more hot sauce. I was like the whole store have no sauce. And her attitude so bad to thecustomer. I hope the supervisor or her can read it. Poor customers service. If it has 0 star I would give to you lady. First time there, last time. The cashier dropped the chicken on the counter.She picked up the chicken and put it back into the... box and gave me the food. I told the cashier why would she put the food back into the box that touched the dirty counter???? Shedidn't seem to care and the Manager did not want to address what happened, she just went to the back. I will be contacting theHealth department. Twice I have Been to this location where they "cheapen" or fill intended product to save on costs. Cajun rice was once only rice... with little to no flavor (ingredients missing) Another time 60%rice to 40% beans on side order (I posted pic) I have been goingto popeyes for 40 years... never have I seen a location "skimp" on intended product as this location. When I ordered in the drive thru they forget my drink. I could not go back because I work at a school so I have limited time.... Next when I got the drink the employee seemed like she did not want to help the guests and she was mean. I?m not deaf andunderstand Spanish so it?s not my problem if the order is wrong or she was saying very mean things like she does not want to bethere or grateful to have a job in general.
