Grandma was our server and Boy she literally reminds me of my grandmothers, she is direct, and always checks on you to make sure... you are OK while eating. Definitely join the wait list! We were there on a Sunday. I am glad when I googled it I joined the wait list?at that point it... was 75 minutes. It ended up being more like 90 minutes, but WELL WORTH IT!!! The food is good and you get plenty of it. Myhusband got the pork chops, eggs, home fries and toast. I had the NY strip dinner with a salad, sweet potato fries, cornfritters and corn bread. It was enough food for 2 people. Everything came out hot; definitely gets bonus points for that. Ourwaitress was very efficient and attentive. Can?t forget to mention the prices. They were the best for any place we have eaten inthis area. Read more

Ok! Here's one of Charles County favorites! There's definitely a wait if you are not there early. However, I just realized you... can reserve your spot online so that is definitely a better option. The food was delicious as always. It was hot and the servicewas swift. The pork chops was thick, flavorful and juicy but the breading was a struggle to stay on. Everything else was greatand the coffee kept coming. Parking could be better but there is additional parking in the rear. They also have a largeselection of baked good for sale so grab a slice of life. Read more
