A short girl with glasses was especially rude when I picked up my order from drive through. No thank you or anything and when I... was making sure my order was prepared correctly hurried me to "move along it's all there." Checked in the parking lot afterleaving the drive through. The wait is always 20+ mins. Expecting that, I went in to get a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. 25 mins later, after everyone... that had come in behind me had already received their drinks, I went up to make sure my order was still back there (they?ve lostmy ticket in the past). The cold brew was ready, not the cream part. She hurriedly just put some whipped cream on top and gaveit to me. I didn?t notice until I was driving away and it was disgusting and bitter. Never had an issue with this location until this evening. Let me preface this review by saying that I?ve worked retail and food... service and I understand the feeling of being understaffed. I arrived at the location close to closing and, admittedly, I knowthat?s not always the best time to get there. I also know that if you?re open until 9pm, then any customer arriving before thattime should be serviced. That?s why hours are posted. 5am - 9pm means that no one gets help before 5 or after 9. In betweenthose hours customers expect to receive service. Anyway, I arrived about 10 minutes to close and sat in the drive throughwaiting to be helped. Five minutes later no response. I try to go through the doors and they?re locked. I can see the employeesinside but no one is acknowledging that I?m standing in the doorway. I go back through the drive through and stop at the window.The employees see me there and still make no attempt to speak to me. It?s now roughly 9pm. That?s when one of the employeesfinally decide to speak to me at the window. I let them know that I?ve been waiting for some time to be helped and that?s whenI?m told that they actually close at 8:50pm. I asked how that made any sense since the hours are clearly stated and there are nosigns explaining any special reason for closing. I asked why they close early and was told that it?s just the way it is andthey are short staffed. I asked the lady for the store number so that I can inquire about the closing hours and I?m told that Ican find it for myself. Not very cool response if you ask me. I go back around to the front of the building to get a picture ofthe store number and the second employee comes outside to let me know they have already notified their manager about closingearly. Now I respect anyone who owns the issues and this employee understood my frustration. She said she wanted me to contactthe manager to let them know to please hire and staff this location.
