I've been to this establishment 2 or 3 times now and it seems like, based on this last visit, things aren't improving. I went in... and asked if I could get a decaf espresso drink. There were two people working, one handling the register and the other thecoffee. The coffee person responded that they would have to brew a new pot. I reiterated that I wanted a decaf espresso drinkand was informed they couldn't do that so I ordered a regular mocha. After 5 or so minutes the coffee person brought me a decafbrewed coffee. I told them I had ordered a regular mocha and they apologized and made me a mocha. It seemed like the registerperson and the barista weren't communicating well. The mocha was overly sweet for my taste, which is common so I wasn't too putout. I appreciated the customer service effort by the barista but the overall experience wasn't good enough to make me want togo back though. Read more

This place is absolutely amazing! Never have I ever had a terrible time there. It's literally the only place I will actually buy... coffee from! The staff are wonderful, the decor is beautiful, it's just such a nice place to go if you're having a bad day, orin the mood for coffee and ice cream! I love this place! Read more
