At 39 yrs old ,and subway been in my diet since a young child, I'd have to say this is hands down the best order I have ever... placed , recognition to the getalman and his crew that made my order for pick up on 10/8/22 at 200pm. Yellow guys are on pointwith made to order sandwiches, I would only assume yall are underpayed , but keep up the delicious sandwitch making and yellsstore was very clean and presentable even though I had my order to go. It's about what you would expect from a subway. Foods fine no issues there. Many of the employees were not wearing masks 1/4... were wearing a face mask. This doesn't bother me personally but it will likely bother some people. From what i could tell ALL ofthe employees were wearing gloves. It is in a strip center so there is plenty of parking. The building itself is really tuckedaway and hard to see from the street. You could easily miss it if you didn't know it was there. You customize your food so Idon't really have an order to recommend. I got a steak sandwich with pepper jack cheese, Spinach, onion, black pepper and creamySiracha sauce...On cheesy herb bread. They are very rude here (Alma)!! My bank was charged but since she "didn't see it on the computer" she refused to give me my... order, told me that I could pay for it again and get the money back from my bank. Subway really needs to step it up at thislocation and hire people who have good customer service skills and not have employees, who treat customers as if they were justa bother. I had the worst experienced ever in this Subway store! I placed an order online for just one steak & cheese footling with most... veggies, clicked apply and place order. When I got my sandwich, there were only onions and green peppers on it. No otherveggies and no dressings at all. Came to the front and brought this issue over to one of the ladies working there. She asked formy ticket and almost immediately EDUCATED ME to how to place the order "next time". At first, I thought nothing of it, but shetold me again, "the next time..." I got very upset and said to just drop it and finish her job, the way I wanted my sandwich;she then, turned around and went to the cash register to give me my money back in cash. I do not appreciate this from subwaysemployees. We are there to get what we want and they shouldn't give us a hard time! I will NEVER come back to this Subway! Read more
