When visiting my family at Trilogy we sometimes grab lunch here. Lately it's been pretty disappointing. This last time, there... was a 45 min wait for a couple salads and sandwiches. Ok, fine, it's convenient we'll just lay by the pool. When the food cameout, they forgot to put chicken on one of the salads entirely, out of champagne, gave the wrong dressings for another salad(then when I tried to get it corrected they told me they normally charge for extra dressing... Uhh not extra, just want theright one, take the others back if you want), two salads literally had chicken crumbs (no slices), they were out of anotherdressing, honestly it was a complete mess. Staff was definitely trying their best and I thank them for that, but either they arenew and confused or the management team is not supplying then with the proper amount of ingredients/supplies and training.Pretty disappointing. Next time we'll just order pizza or eat at home. Not worth the price for the time, money, and headache. Read more
