I went through the drive thru! I got a Zebra Hot Chocolate with whole milk (it's richer) and whipped cream! ;)
Every time you order something, they either mess around with the drink or the food! They over heat the food, so when they... present it to you it's not in one piece and spoiled! In many occasions it's melted that loses its ingredients and taste! Manystaff do not follow the Health Department instructions and protocols. For example, they touch the lids, cups and the food nottaking care of their dirty hands which are all over the place dealing with paying cards and money! Some of the staff have poorhygiene. Their outfits and aprons have stains and dirty! Also, they argue about your order! Add to that some are rude withattitudes!!!! In addition, the place is not clean; tables and chairs are dirty!
