Stopped by Cafe Diem for the first time on a Sunday morning. When we arrived around 9:15, it was crowded, but didn't have a... wait for our party of two to be seated. By 10:00, people were lined up inside the door. The wait staff was mostly young, butwere really hustling to keep up with the morning rush, clearing tables immediately after diners departed. My friend and I went for brunch last Friday. We were seated immediately with a very friendly server. She gave great advice for... what to order so I went with the biscuits and gravy. My friend chose the chicken fried chicken with fried eggs. My biscuits andgravy was delicious!! I tried my friends chicken and loved it as well. The sausage gravy wasn?t overloaded with sausage to myliking. The service was somewhat slow, but that was because they cooked our food upon ordering. Greeted by the owner, very friendly and bubbly! Sat at table immediately even while a busy Sunday morning. Server(Lori?) was... excited to see us(our first visit) & expressed we need to come back and try every item on the menu. Coffee is very good andconstantly being topped off. Food was fantastic and a very nice gluten-free menu available with rotella gluten-free bread! I hadFrench toast with fresh fruit(blueberries were Huge!)
